Mediation & Counselling
“And if you fear dissension between the two, send an arbitrator from his people and an arbitrator from her people. If they both desire reconciliation, Allah will cause it between them. Indeed, Allah is ever Knowing and Acquainted.”
Marriage & Divorce
Most, if not all couples face struggles and hard times in their marriages. This is the beauty of marriage. However, many fail to see it or are not prepared for it, because of which the appropriate attitude is not adopted and they “pull the plug” too early. Later on in life, they realise the mistake that “had I knew what I know now …I would have stayed in that marriage”.
On the other hand, many live their marital life with unnecessary struggles, difficulties and problems for many years yet keep the marriage going for the sake of it without any joy, happiness and bliss. No real effort is made to reignite the fire of true love and the relationship remains sour and unpleasant.
In all scenarios; to save a marriage, avoid misfortune, or rekindle the spark seeking help and advice is vital.
Disagreements, disputes and conflicts are inevitable between individuals; be it between couples, business partners or anyone else for that matter. On that note, many business partners find themselves in this dilemma and very seldom do they get to resolve it amicably. One party is favoured over the other and the partners are left on bitter terms.
Seeking mediation is one way to diffuse and resolve these matters, especially when it is hard to talk about and communication has broken down.
